Overall, my experience was pretty good. The team was nice and really helpful. But let me tell ya, the name is a bit of a trick. I showed up at the place that matches the name and got sent to another location. Plus, I felt like the staff were a bit too focused on the money side of things. To secure an appointment, I had to put down a deposit, which was a bit odd. They said it was just a hold that would count towards the treatment, but after I paid for everything, I still didn’t get that deposit back. On the bright side, the nurse who handled my treatment was super friendly and knew her stuff, which made me feel comfortable.

Expert guidance was great, and having a Mandarin translator made it easier for us to grasp the process. The explanations were solid, and the service was top-notch.

I reached out to them back in December 2020 to set up an appointment for Milia removal. I put down a £50 deposit, but when I arrived, a beautician informed me that I would need multiple sessions. In short, it was going to cost me a fortune just to get rid of a few pimples. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, she claimed the Milia was too deep to be treated and promised I would get my £50 back.

I tried contacting them multiple times, but they never followed through with the refund.

Eventually, I went to a beauty school, and a trainee managed to remove all the Milia in just 30 minutes for only £60.

Seriously, steer clear of this establishment; they are incredibly unprofessional and incompetent.
